Nothing beyond showing up. We'll send you intake paperwork electronically before your session. Your first visit is a comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment — just come ready to share what's going on in your own words. If you have prior records or a referral, those are helpful but not required.
Yes. All sessions and communications are protected by HIPAA federal regulations and our Privacy Policy. We do not share information without your written consent, except in the rare situations required by law (imminent danger to self or others, suspected child/elder abuse). Confidentiality is foundational to everything we do.
Absolutely. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions via video for clients located in Arizona, Arkansas, Virginia, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Many clients prefer the convenience and privacy of virtual sessions from home or work. In-person sessions are available at our Bentonville office.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens — just let us know as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find another time.
