These core principles drive our success and create measurable results for our clients.
Integrity
We hold ourselves to the NASW Code of Ethics and our licensing boards' standards: fees stated before service, itemized statements, and plain answers to any question about your care or your bill.
Client-Centricity
Putting client interests first means measuring what matters to you and reporting it honestly, whether you are an individual or an organization.
Innovation
We bring clients approaches with published evidence behind them, and we review progress with you at set intervals so time in care is time well spent.
Excellence
Our commitment to excellence means progress is tracked with validated tools and the plan changes when the numbers do not move.
Compassion
Our compassionate care creates a safe therapeutic environment where honest work becomes possible.
Value-Driven
Our services are priced plainly: published therapy rates, insurance verified before your first session, and fixed written fees for every non-clinical engagement. We promise no financial return.
Evidence-Informed Practices
We use approaches that have been tested in published research; no result is guaranteed, and we say so.
Inclusivity
Our inclusive approach ensures all clients receive personalized care that respects their unique backgrounds and needs.

The Measurable Impact of Our Values
Our values aren't just words: they drive real results for our clients and partners.
Based on our ongoing outcome measurements, we observe these trends in wellness and service effectiveness:
* Based on anonymous client satisfaction surveys and outcome measurements collected from 2023-2024 (n=142). Individual results may vary. Data compiled using standardized assessment tools and de-identified client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
What the Evidence Supports for Organizations**
We cite the studies, name their limits, and measure our own programs rather than borrow numbers:
Employees who use EAP counseling report less absenteeism and presenteeism afterward
An industry white paper pooled 141,297 EAP cases from 61 providers in 15 countries (2010 to 2022); the roughly 62,800 to 67,800 cases with scores both before and after counseling improved on all five Workplace Outcome Suite measures. Without an untreated comparison group, counseling cannot be credited alone.1 In a matched comparison of 156 EAP users and 188 non-users among Colorado state employees, users showed significantly greater reductions in absenteeism and presenteeism.2
Broad workplace wellness programs have not moved spending or absenteeism
In two large randomized trials: an 18-month program offered at 20 of 160 worksites of one US retailer raised self-reported exercise and weight management but produced no statistically significant differences in clinical measures, health care spending, absenteeism or job performance;3 and a two-year program for 4,834 university employees produced none in clinician-measured biometrics, medical diagnoses or health care use.4 That is why we quote no return on investment.
Workplace and executive coaching shows moderate average effects
A 2023 meta-analysis restricted to randomized controlled trials (37 studies, 2,528 participants) found an overall effect of g = 0.59, with indications of publication bias, so the pooled estimate may overstate the true effect.5 A 2016 meta-analysis of 17 studies found a positive average effect on learning and performance outcomes (delta = 0.36).6
Your program is measured, not asserted
Employer programs are quoted in writing after a scoping conversation. We collect the Workplace Outcome Suite before and after counseling and report utilization and outcomes to the employer in aggregate only, never information about an individual. Objectives, measures and fees live in a signed engagement letter.

What You Can Expect From Us
Three commitments that hold across therapy, coaching and consulting, stated as promises we can keep rather than results we cannot guarantee.
Therapy progress is tracked with validated measures and reviewed with you at set intervals. Employer programs are measured with the Workplace Outcome Suite before and after, and reported in aggregate only.
Therapy fees are published and insurance is verified before your first session. Every coaching, consulting and training engagement begins with a signed letter stating objectives, measures, one fixed fee and the cancellation terms.
No result is typical or guaranteed, and we do not quote a return on investment. Coaching is not therapy, and if a clinical need appears during coaching or consulting we say so and refer.
Start With a Conversation
A free 15-minute consultation for therapy, or a discovery conversation for coaching and consulting. No obligation, no number until we agree on what the work is worth.

- Executive coaching by application, one fixed fee, never per session
- Employer programs quoted in writing, outcomes reported in aggregate

Same-week appointments are typically available for therapy. Coaching and consulting begin with a discovery conversation.
