Free 15-minute consultation

A brief phone call to answer your questions and see if we’re a good match — not a therapy session. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, how the practice works, scheduling, and fees or insurance. If it feels like a fit, we’ll get your first session on the calendar. If not, we’ll point you toward someone who may be.

Book your first session

If you’d rather skip the call and get started, you can book your first session right away — no consultation required. First sessions run about 55 minutes and are a chance to tell your story, talk through what you’re hoping for, and map out how we’ll work together.

In-network with BCBS (Arkansas plans — we verify your exact benefits before you book). Self-pay sessions are $275.

Questions people ask before booking

Is the free 15-minute call a therapy session?
No — it’s a brief call to answer your questions and see if we’re a good match, not a therapy session. We won’t dive into treatment; we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, how the practice works, and logistics like scheduling and fees. There’s no obligation afterward, and you’re also welcome to skip the call and book a first session directly.

What if none of the online times work for you?
The online calendar doesn’t always show every opening. Call us at (479) 259-1390 and we’ll look at the full schedule together — we may be able to find a time that isn’t bookable online.

What does therapy cost?
Self-pay sessions are $275. If you’re using insurance, your cost depends on your specific plan — we verify your exact benefits before you book, so there are no surprises at your first session. Self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs under the No Surprises Act.

Do you take insurance?
We’re in-network with BCBS (Arkansas plans — we verify your exact benefits before you book). If we’re out-of-network for your plan, we can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement; reimbursement depends on your plan. Verify your benefits — free, about 2 minutes.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens, and we get it. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to someone else. Sessions canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, are charged the session fee, which insurance does not cover. The full policy is in your intake paperwork and our Cancellation Policy.

Do we meet by telehealth or in the office?
Either — many clients do both over time. Telehealth sessions happen over a secure video platform; you’ll just need a private space and a reliable connection, and you’ll need to be physically located in Arkansas, Arizona, Virginia, Florida, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at session time. In-office sessions are available at the practice in Bentonville. You’ll choose when you book, and you can switch later.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care is expected to cost. Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay and uninsured clients are entitled to a written estimate of expected charges before starting care — we provide one automatically, and you can request one at any time.
