Sometimes the kindest thing you can offer someone isn’t advice. It’s room to choose. A ZipHealthy gift card can go toward private-pay sessions with the Practice, or toward any of the self-help tools in our shop — workbooks, guided journals, toolkits. The person you give it to decides what fits, when it fits, or whether it fits at all. That’s the point.

Three steps, and the rest is up to them
Pick the denomination that feels right — $35, $75, $150, or $275. You can add a short personal note if you’d like.
The gift card arrives in their inbox — or yours, if you’d rather hand it over in person. No packaging, no waiting.
Toward something from the shop, toward a private-pay session, or a bit of both. On their timeline, at their pace — or not at all. It’s theirs now.
What this gift can — and can’t — do
We’d rather you know exactly what you’re giving. Here it is, plainly:
- Hold its value forever. Gift cards never expire, and we never charge fees against the balance.
- Go toward private-pay clinical sessions, billed directly by the Practice at our private-pay rate.
- Buy anything in the shop — workbooks, guided journals, and the rest of our self-help tools.
- Be applied to insurance cost-sharing. Cards can’t be used toward copays, coinsurance, or deductibles on insurance-billed sessions — they apply only to private-pay sessions and shop purchases.
- Tell anyone anything. Giving this card doesn’t notify us — or you — of anything. We will never tell you whether it was redeemed, what for, or whether the recipient has ever spoken with us. Their choice stays theirs.

Covers a full private-pay session at our current rate. Rates may change over time — the card always keeps its full dollar value.

When a gift like this makes sense
There’s no single right occasion. People have given these cards to a friend navigating a big change, a sibling starting a new chapter, a colleague heading into a demanding season, a grown child moving to a new city, a parent easing into retirement. Some givers simply wanted their gift to say I’m thinking of you in a way that lasts longer than flowers.
What the card doesn’t say is just as important. It doesn’t say you need help. It says here’s something that’s yours, if you ever want it. The difference matters, and it’s the whole reason this card exists.
For employers and organizations
- By default, organization-purchased cards are toolkit-only — redeemable for shop merchandise but not clinical sessions. This keeps a clear line between a workplace gift and anyone’s private health decisions.
- Session-eligible card programs are available by written agreement, with confidentiality terms built in: we never report to the organization who redeemed a card, for what, or whether anyone became a client.

Questions people ask
Will they know it came from me? Will I know if they use it?
They’ll know it came from you if you tell them — the card can include your name and a note, or arrive without either. But once it’s given, the trail ends there. We don’t notify givers when a card is redeemed, and we’ll never share whether the recipient booked a session, bought something, or did nothing at all.
What if they never use it?
Then it waits. The card never expires and carries no fees, so its full value is there whenever — or if ever — they want it. An unused gift card isn’t a failed gift; it’s a standing invitation.
Can it be combined with insurance?
No — cards can’t be applied to copays, coinsurance, or deductibles. They cover private-pay sessions and shop purchases only. (We’re in-network with BCBS Arkansas plans and verify benefits before booking; self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate.)
Can it be refunded?
Gift cards aren’t returnable or refundable after purchase, except where the law requires. Full terms are in the Shop Terms of Service.
